Online Marketing Manager
The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for the successful management of the digital marketing and content strategies for different businesses across an array of different business types. The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital and content to all other aspects of the business to help drive growth and revenue opportunities.
This individual combines an in-depth knowledge of client business objectives, online strategies, and their competitive landscape with a rich background in the digital marketing industry to deliver effective digital marketing campaigns across social media & email marketing.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop unique strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives including: email marketing, social media, web content.
Develop strategic roadmaps for digital marketing for different accounts
Plan, develop and execute digital marketing efforts and campaigns to drive site traffic, conversions, revenue, and positive customer experiences across social & email marketing
Drive customer segmentation and conversion strategies that turn new visitors into customers and current customers into loyal, top tier customers
Define, develop and monitor reports to assess and optimize effectiveness of marketing initiatives; Provide analytical insights that demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the digital platforms and channels and drive positive change
Conduct deep customer analytics across platforms to better understand shopping behaviors and customer preferences; Recommend action based on analytical findings to drive a deeper customer relationship
Contribute towards brand marketing initiatives with an online marketing strategy that’s consistent with overall brand messaging
Interacting with tagged photos on Facebook & Instagram
Monitoring & interacting with hashtags and competitors’ customers.
Outreach to new influencers
Creating & optimizing social media profiles
Required Experience & Skills:
Past experience in online marketing, content & social media
Strong analytical skills to measure program performance and understand key performance indicators
Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for online marketing
Self- motivated, proactive, takes initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and multi-task
Executional excellence that showcases exceptional attention to detail
